Refund Policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@hiddengemsminerals.com with your order number to start.

Sale items can be returned too, unless the product page marks them as final sale.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping is at your expense, except when the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case send us a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
