Thank you for shopping at Hidden Gems Minerals. We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • All orders are normally processed within 48 hours after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. THIS MEANS ON HIGHER VOLUME DAYS, IT CAN TAKE US A LITTLE LONGER TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND WORK AS HARD AS WE CAN TO MOVE SHIPMENTS OUT THE DOOR. YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL UPDATE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL AND ASK WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP UNTIL AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS.THIS IS VERY RARE FOR US BUT IT DOES HAPPEN.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment (additional charges apply).
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier delays and other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. 

International Shipping

  • We currently only ship to Canada  (more countries are coming). If available, international shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical mailing address for delivery.
  • We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.
    It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for USPS / UPS shipments.
    Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in the case of an incorrect address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.
  • When comes to international shipping, please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees / taxes beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate on these costs because it varies widely depending on the receiving county.
  • We have the right to cancel orders at any time due to any reason.
  • We may use information provided to contact the customer / buyer if there is a problem with an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Hidden Gems Minerals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is secure and accurate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photo evidence of the damage or error for our records.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for the damage during shipment.
