Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hidden Gems Minerals! We're a small business and every order is packed with care.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery: We ship within Canada only. Standard delivery takes about 5–7 business days from the shipment date. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Addresses: We can't ship to P.O. boxes — please use a physical mailing address. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we can't redirect a package sent to the wrong address.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its original packaging at support@hiddengemsminerals.com and we'll make it right. We reserve the right to make the final determination on claims where the damage is inconsistent with shipping damage.
